Q:	I'm trying to find out more information on the construction of your 18'x10' retractable motorized awning. I would like to see pictures or drawings of how your mechanisms work. I am extreamly interested in purchasing, but just need this peice of information to feel comfortable enough to place the order.

Q:	18' unit I would like to know if one can get a screen that completly encloses awning. Motorized is a must and do you have lites? I would like to know if the remote controls the unit and does it have sensors that would react to adverse weather? Warranty.... what's included?
A:	Our elite awnings includes a wind sensor that retracts the awnings automaticaly.

Q:	What is the vertical drop of fuly extended 16'' owning? Otherword, on wich ange it retracts?
A:	The pitch of the awning is adjustable but the recomended minimum pitch is 1 foot per foot of extension. The minimum drop from the mounted height is 10 inches at the front bar when fully extended.
